Hyderabad, Sept 24 (Maxim News): The Indian Meteorological Department, Hyderabad (IMD-H) said that there are chances of heavy rains in many places in Telangana in the next two days.

It is said that there will be rains with thunder and lightning in many districts.

According to the IMD-H, there are chances of heavy rains in Adilabad, Kumrambhim Asifabad, Manchirayala, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Peddapalli, Mulugu, Jayashankar Bhupalapalli, and Bhadradri Kothagudem districts from Sunday to Monday morning.

It is said that there is a possibility of rain with thunder and lightning in many districts till Tuesday morning. A yellow alert has been issued to this effect.

However, the Telangana State Planning Department informed that light to moderate rainfall has been recorded in Adilabad, Kumarambhim Asifabad, Nirmal, Mulugu, Warangal, Surya pet, Nalgonda, and many other places. (Hydnow)
