A fire broke out in a graveyard on Banjara Hills Road No 3 here on Monday. According to Fire officials, the fire broke out in the graveyard located on the stretch in the afternoon. A fire tender reached the spot and doused the flames.
Officials suspect someone might have thrown a lit cigarette onto the premises resulting in the fire. Officials said wild vegetation and some combustible material dumped at the place led to the fire spreading rapidly.
