Hyderabad Housing Market Booms: Over 3,600 Homes Sold in 3 Months!

Hyderabad, Dec 1 (Hydnow): Hyderabad’s housing market is hotter than ever! New data shows that a whopping 3,600 homes were sold in the city between July and September 2023. That’s a huge jump from last year when only 1,000 homes were sold in the same period.

The good news doesn’t stop there. The number of new homes being built in Hyderabad is also up, with a 17% increase compared to last year. This means there will be even more homes to choose from in the future.

What’s driving this housing boom? There are a few reasons. First, people are feeling more confident about the economy and are willing to invest in real estate.
