Delhi/Jerusalem/Hyderabad, Oct 7 (Hydnow): India has become alarmed in the wake of Hamas’ attack on Israel. The Ministry of External Affairs has issued several instructions for the security of Indian citizens in Israel. India issues advisory to Indians to be alert and follow safety protocols.

The Indian Embassy in Israel has issued a notice to this effect. “in view of the current situation in Israel, all Indian citizens of that country should be alert. Safety protocols should be followed as advised by local authorities. Please be careful, Avoid unnecessary movements. Go to the safety shelters.

Meanwhile, Hamas terrorists attacked Israel on Saturday, and five thousand rockets were launched from Gaza. Tens of people were killed and hundreds were injured in Israel.

Israel was alarmed in this context. Hamas missiles were countered by air defenses. It also declared war on Hamas and launched Operation Iron Swords as a counter-attack. (Hydnow)
