Delhi/Hyderabad, May 14 (Hydnow): The court has extended the judicial custody of BRS MLC Kavitha in the Delhi Liquor case.
After the remand in the ED case ended, Kavitha was produced from Tihar Jail through video conference.
The ED asked the court to extend the remand as the investigation continues.
According to the plea of ED, the court has issued orders extending the custody till the 20th of this month. ED said that 8 thousand pages of supplementary charge sheets have been filed.
On the 20th of this month, the court will take up the matter of considering the supplemental charge sheet. (Hydnow)
