Hyderabad, July 29 (Hydnow): TPCC president Revanth Reddy has criticized Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao’s sarkar saying that KCR is giving more attention to party defections and not to the lives of Telangana people.
Revanth Reddy who was on a visit to Uppal, was furious with the KCR Sarkar, he accused the government of ignoring the weather department’s early warnings about heavy rains and floods.
He expressed anger that KCR focused on politics without reviewing the flood threat. He said that the government has completely failed in undertaking flood relief measures.
He questioned why KCR did not go to visit even though 30 people died due to floods. Revanth demanded that the central government immediately release Rs. 1,000 crore to Telangana under temporary flood relief. (Hydnow)
The Union Home Minister has alerted the states of the country in the wake of the Indo-Pak War. The Telangana government and police, which were immediately alerted, took preemptive measures. Security has been tightened in Hyderabad.
