Hyderabad, July 21 (Hydnow): Khaja Mujeebuddin on Wednesday assumed the charge of chairman of Telangana State Urdu Academy at his office in Haj House building, Nampally.
Ministers Mahmood Ali, Prashanth Reddy, and Koppula Eshwar, and MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha were present at the time of assuming the charge and congratulated Mujeebuddin on his new assignment.
On this occasion, Mujeebuddin expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for his appointment as the chairman of the Urdu Academy and promised that he would strive hard for the popularisation of the Urdu language and its literature in the days to come. (Hydnow)

Thankfully, Rakul Preet Singh’s Chhatriwali, directed by Tejas Prabhaa Vijay Deoskar, doesn’t digress much, and follows a crisp screenplay. There are some flaws here and there, but with all the humour and lighter moments, they can be somewhat overlooked.
