Hyderabad, Dec 31 (Hydnow): Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Dr. T.K. Sreedevi, informed that Rajkumar Rekhya Roopsing Nayak, Managing Director of M/s, Sri Kavya Mining Infrastructures Private Limited is placed under arrest as he has committed an offense punishable under the provisions of the GST Act and reman to Judicial Custody by the Court for Economic Offences.
The arrest was made by Asst. Commissioner (ST), Saroornagar-1 Circle under the supervision of Joint Commissioner (ST) (Hydnow)
