Hyderabad, Jan 4 (Hydnow): TSRTC Managing Director and Vice Chairman, Sajjanar said that negotiations with the owners of the rental buses have been successful.  The rented buses will ply as usual and the proposed strike from tomorrow has been withdrawn.  

 He revealed the details after a meeting with the rental bus owners at Bus Bhavan on Thursday.  He said that many issues were discussed in the meeting with RTC rental bus owners.  They brought some issues to our attention.  He clarified that he would work to solve the problems of the rental bus owners within a week. He said that a committee would be formed to resolve the issues. 

He clarified that there will be no strike from tomorrow and that the rental buses will run as usual.  Sajjanar mentioned that there will be free bus service for Sankranti and special buses will also be run for Sankranti.  Meanwhile, 


Earlier the leaders of the rental bus owners association met Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar. A petition was handed over to the minister to resolve the issues. (Hydnow)
