Delhi/Hyderabad, Nov 17 (Hydnow): In a major relief during the festive season, petroleum companies have reduced the prices of LPG gas cylinders.
Public sector oil marketing companies have announced a reduction in prices of 19 kg commercial LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) cylinders in four metro cities.
Prices have been reduced up to Rs. 57.50 per cylinder with effect from November 16. The price adjustment is particularly reflected in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai. Before Diwali the price per cylinder was increased by Rs. 101.50. However, companies have kept domestic LPG prices at current levels, 19 kg LPG cylinder prices effective from November 16. (Hydnow)
