In a tragic incident, a newly wed woman committed suicide after her husband refused to come home for Dasara. The incident occurred at Amanagal of Rangareddy district.
Going into details, Mounika (20) was married to Anil six months ago who drives a DCM Lorry. Anil left his home on work a few days ago when his wife asked him to return home to celebrate Dasara but was refused.
Depressed over her husband not returning home for the festival, the woman went to their agricultural field and consumed pesticide.
Locals who noticed the scene shifted her to a hospital where she was declared brought dead.
Based on the complaint of her family members, the police registered a case and launched an investigation.
