Siddipet/Hyderabad: Minister for Medical, Health and Family Welfare and Finance T. Harish Rao said that the process of recruitment and transfer of teachers in Telangana will be completed soon.
Speaking at the Progressive Recognised Teachers Union (PRTU) State Council meeting held at Gajwel mahanti Auditorium, Siddipet District said that some intellectuals are doing adverse propaganda against the government saying the education sector is not being cared, which is wrong, he said Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao is positive about the recruitment of teachers, the TRS government is a friendly government in terms of employees. He said that the TRS government has solved all the problems faced by the teachers till now. A decision will also be taken regarding the employees health card soon.
He said that it is intellectuals who lead the society. Many people are spreading lies in the society, people should know the truth, they should know the differences in the rulers (Obviously referring the rule in United Andhra Pradesh by the Congress and the present rule by TRS after the formation of Telangana state) he said that there should be a discussion in the society. he said that if we compare the development in Telangana with other states, the facts will be before our eyes. He reminded that Telangana has bec ome an example for the country of development in every field.
Teachers with leadership who have analyzed good and bad should tell the society the truth about the development taking place in the state. He said that there will be many medical education courses in the health department, doctors, nurses, B-Pharmacy, M-Pharmacy, dental courses etc. He said that MBBS seats were only 850 when the state came into existence, but now they have increased to 2950, he said that this was possible only with the foresight of KCFR. He reminded that apart from Osmania and Gandhi hospitals, there were only 3 medical colleges in United Andhra Pradesh. He called upon the intellecturals to reverse the false propaganda being spread by few,
