Delhi/Hyderabad, Aug 4 (Hydnow): Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi got relief in the Supreme Court today. The Supreme Court stayed the judgment given by the Gujarat Court in the defamation case.
It may be recalled that the Surat Court convicted Rahul Gandhi on March 23, 2023, and sentenced him to two years in prison. challenging this, Rahul Gandhi approached the Gujarat High Court where he did not get relief Gujarat High Court upheld the Suraj Court verdict, and challenging this, Rahul Gandhi approached the Supreme Court.
