UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, along with his wife Akshata Murty, has arrived in New Delhi for the G20 Summit scheduled for September 9 and 10. They were welcomed at the airport by the Union Minister of State in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food, and Public Distribution, Ashwini Kumar Choubey.
To celebrate his visit, a group of dancers performed a traditional Indian dance as a warm welcome.
This visit holds special significance as it marks Rishi Sunak’s first official trip to India as Prime Minister since taking office in October of the previous year.
