Those who travel by train from Hyderabad to Mumbai and then to Kochim From Kochi to Agatti Island by plane. Permission is mandatory for Indians to enter the Island.
The government says that this provision has been brought to protect the wild children living there. The permit application can be processed on the e-permit portal.
