Hyderabad, Dec 6 (Hydnow): Telangana State Haj Committee Chairman, Mohammed Saleem informed that the Haj Committee of India announced Haj-2024, the interested applicants can apply for haj “Free of Cost” through any online website www.hajcommittee.gov.in. no manual haj forms will be accepted.
The Telangana State Haj Committee arranges the free facilitation counters at Haj House, Nampally, Hyderabad w.e.f 06-12-2023 to 20-12-2023 for online submission of haj forms on all working days between 10.30 am to 4.00 pm till 20-12-2023. The district applicants can apply online as usual.

The applicants can perform the Haj once in a lifetime through the Haj committee except on Mehram grounds accompanying lady applicants.
Only those applicants who are provisionally selected in the draw of lots (Qurrah) for Haj 2024 are required to submit a non-refundable processing fee @ 300/- each. 3. The applicant must possess an international passport issued on or before December 20. 2023 and valid at least up to 31-01-2025 for Haj 2024 along with any one address proof.
The 70+ applicants will be treated as a reserved category along with one companion as per norms and should submit their valid passports.

Ladies above 45+ age are allowed in a group of (5) ladies if their school of thought (Maslak) permits. A cover shall consist of (5) pilgrims plus (2) infants i.e. subject to terms and conditions.
Holding a bank account for the head of the cover is mandatory.
The NRI can submit their passport by 15th Shawwal 1445 (H) ie. 24-04-2024

The selected applicants in the draw of lots (Qurrah) have to remit an advance amount of Rs. 81,500/- online only.
The pilgrims in a particular cover can opt for Qurbani (Adahi) through HCOI, arranged through the Islamic Development Bank.
The period of the haj journey will be 30 to 40 days.

The medical screening and fitness will be done in two steps as per norms.
In Makkah, there is a uniform category of accommodation around the clock. bus facility is provided for commuting between accommodation in Makkah Mukarramah and haram Shareef.
The balance payment will be collected online after the finalization of the Riyal Rate, Flight Fares Accommodation charges, etc.
