Thummala Nageswara Rao Might Join The Congress Party Soon
Thummala Nageswara Rao, a former BRS MLA from Palair who didn’t get a chance to run in the upcoming Telangana elections, might join the Congress party soon.
He met the Telangana PCC Chief Revanth Reddy, hinting at his possible move. Before him, Upender Reddy, who won as a Congress member in 2018, switched to BRS in 2019.
YS Sharmila, the leader of YSR Telangana Party (YSRTP), has also said she wants to run in Palair. But now, she might combine her party with Congress and possibly represent Karnataka in the Rajya Sabha.
