Internet/Hyderabad, April 9 (Maxim News): Israel has expressed doubts about Pakistan’s role in the US-Iran ceasefire talks. It has said that it does not trust Pakistan’s mediation. Israeli Ambassador to India Ruven Azar made these comments while speaking to a news agency. Azar said that they cannot trust Pakistan and that they believe that the US has decided to use Pakistan’s mediation for its own interests.
On this occasion, Azar mentioned the agreement reached by the US with Hamas through problematic countries like Qatar and Turkey. He said that it is very important for them to move forward with US coordination to achieve their desired goals in Iran. He also stated that they support the temporary ceasefire reached between the US and Iran. However, they reiterated that their military actions against Lebanon will continue.
Azar said the operation against Iran had nothing to do with Lebanon. He said their goal was to completely eliminate Hezbollah’s infrastructure from southern Lebanon, which he described as Israel’s responsibility. (Maxim News)
