Why Your Investigation in TSPSC Paper Leak Case is Not Being Completed: HC to SIT

Hyderabad, April 28 (Hydnow) The High Court has questioned why the SIT investigation in the TSPSC question paper leakage case is not being completed even after a month and a half.

The High Court took up the hearing on the petition filed by NSUI state President, Balmari Venkat to hand over the case to the CBI. It opined that the SIT investigation is somewhat satisfactory, but it is not going fast. The High Court has made it clear that no order can be passed on this at the present stage.

Speaking on behalf of the state government, Advocate General Prasad said they are waiting for the FSL reports. The High Court asked the SIT how long the investigation would take. The counsel for the SIT told the court that the Chairman, Secretary, and member of TSPSC have been questioned.

Can you allow me to get an opinion from one of the CPs of Hyderabad, Cyberabad, and Rachakonda? The High Court once again asked the government. The Advocate General said that the investigation is going on under the supervision of Hyderabad CP.
