Hyderabad, April 11: Woman dies by suicide in Siddipet after a suspected family dispute at her residence in Old Ganji Market on Saturday. The victim, Ananthojula Srilatha, was 35 and a mother of two young daughters.
According to police, Srilatha died by hanging inside her house. Both children are below four years of age and were present in the home.
Meanwhile, police took her husband Gopal into custody for questioning. As a result, the children were left without immediate parental care.
Police suspect that ongoing family disputes led to the incident. However, they have not confirmed the exact cause yet and continue to investigate.
The incident shocked both families and local residents. Moreover, authorities registered a case and started a detailed probe into the matter.
