Warangal/Hyderabad, Sept 13 (Hydnow): The women thieves who target the women walking on the roads hit pepper in their eyes and lift the gold chains from their necks.
On the morning of September 13, in Mills colony, Warangal City, the victims and locals complained to the police after two consecutive incidents took place.
