Hyderabad, Oct 6 (Hydnow): Bahadurpura Police Inspector D.anil Kumar while performing night rounds apprehended three suspected persons who were consuming Ganja and in possession of a small knife.  

The three who are apprehended are 1) Syed Saddam S/o. Syed Jabbar, R/o. Bahadurpura, Hyderabad. 2) Mohd Azeem S/o. Mohd Qayuum, R/o. Road. No. 9, Hassan Nagar, Hyd. and 3) Syed Naseer Ali S/o. Syed Habeeb, R/o. Hassan Nagar, Hyderabad.

After investigation filed an E-petty case charge sheet vide STC. No.  244996/2023 on the file of 1st Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Gandhi Bhavan, Hyderabad. The court duty officer  M.A. Hakeem, of PS Bahadurpura, successfully monitored the E-petty case on which the magistrate  K. Lalitha (1st Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Gandhi Bhavan, Hyderabad) convicted the respondent persons for a period of 6 days Simple imprisonment and a fine of RS 700 each.* (Hydnow)
