Medak/Hyderabad, Aug 23 (Hydnow): Workers protested in the district center during Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s Medak visit.  Early in the morning BJP ranks gathered in large numbers and protested in front of the MLA’s camp office.

The BJP workers raised slogans against KCR, demanding to give double-bedroom houses to the deserving and to implement the promises made in the previous elections.  On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and tried to arrest the protesting workers.

During this, there was an altercation between the police and the BJP workers.  They raised slogans against DSP Phanindra accusing him of defaming them.  The protesters were arrested and taken to the police station.  (Hydnow)
