A fire broke out early in the morning at two scrap yards near Jeedimetla industrial area.
No casualties are reported in the incident.
Two fire tenders were rushed to the spot which doused the fire.

Tense moments were witnessed as the scrap yards are located in the middle of residential colony. As a precautionary measure the local police moved out the residents living in neighbouring houses to safer place.
It took around two hours for the fire officials to douse the flames.
Officials suspect the fire started due to short circuit. However they are trying to ascertain the cause.
