Hyderabad, Oct.30 (Hydnow): BJP Leader Etela Rajender today cast his vote in Huzurabad Bypoll at polling booth number 262 in Kamalapur mandal.
The wife of Etela has also cast her vote at the same polling booth.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that the people of his constituency were on the side of justice and truth despite the misuse of power and conspiracies by TRS led state government.
He alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao had conspired to prevent him from entering State Assembly by ensuring his defeat in the by-election.
He said that he had made an emotional appeal to the people of his constituency and asked them if they would come to his rescue or defeat him in the elections.
He claimed that the people of the constituency were on his side and added that he had never such an elections in the history of the state.
He alleged that the ruling party leaders had completely changed the elections during the last three days. He also alleged that the ruling Party leaders had killed democracy in broad day light.
He accused the Election Commission and Police officials of failing to protect democracy and the poll code as violations took place in favour of the TRS.
He expressed surprise at the TRS leaders involving in the violations and luring voters with crores. The society and people will go into slavery if they failed to stop this illegal activity of money distribution he said. (Hydnow)
