Delhi/Hyderabad, Oct 20 (Hydnow): The Supreme Court of India, has given a big shock to the ruling BRS headed by Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao who has filed the petition seeking cancellation of car-like symbol in the ballot paper, saying that this petition cannot be heard.

When the lawyers on behalf of the BRS requested to give them an opportunity to go to the High Court, the Judges said that they could go to the High Court if they wanted. However, the Supreme Court clarified that there would be no trial based on merits. (Hydnow)
