Hyderabad: In a quest to improve the quality of bus services and take personal feedback from the passengers, the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation has instructed all its employees, including the senior officials, to travel only by TSRTC buses to and from their workplace every Thursday.
Leading by example, the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of TSRTC, VC Sajjanar, took a bus to work from Telephone Bhavan bus stop, on Thursday.
While waiting for the bus, Sajjanar interacted with several passengers and enquired with them about the availability of buses, punctuality, and behavior of the staff. He also spoke to the commuters about the cleanliness and upkeep of the buses, and also the cargo services.
