Hyderabad, April 10 (Maxim News): In a shocking incident, a woman allegedly attempted to murder her husband with the help of her lover in Pocharam on the city outskirts.

As per information available, the suspect, Balamani, a mother of three from Ghanpur Lingapur village, along with her husband B Ramesh, had been living together when her extramarital relationship with a relative, Amar, came to light.

Enraged after her husband discovered the affair, she reportedly plotted to eliminate him.


On April 7, while Ramesh was asleep, Balamani and Amar allegedly attacked him with sticks. However, they fled from the spot reportedly after the victim pleaded for his life.

Based on a complaint, the Pocharam IT Corridor Police have arrested Balamani and remanded her in judicial custody on Thursday, while the co-suspect Amar is currently absconding. Further investigation is on. (Maxim News)
