Hyderabad, June 25 (Hydnow): AICC State Incharge RC Kuntia and TPCC President N. Uttam Kumar Reddy called upon the party leaders to hold a silent strike programs called salute to the martyrs on June 26 (Friday) paging to pay the tributes to 20 soldiers, who have been martyred in the recent attack by China.
They also asked the cadres to hold speak up social media campaign. The two leaders also asked the party caders to hold dharna programs in all the district headquarters against the increasing petrol and diesel prices on June 29 of this month.
They held a video conference with all the DCC presidents and important leaders of the party on the issue. Speaking on the occasion, they explained the details of the Nationwide programs being held by the party . They said that the two programs should be held by following the norms of corona virus preventions rules like social distance and wearing of face masks. They said that the silent strike programs should be held from morning 11 am to afternoon 12 pm in all the assembly constituencies of the state. They also said that the programs should be held either at the statue of Mahatma Gandhi or by or at the statues of any other national leader of the country by displaying national flag. They said that the leaders should later hold speak up social media campaign. The two leaders asked the party caders to submit representations to the collectors of all the district urging them to roll back the prices of the Petrol and Diesel after holding the dharna program on the issue.
On the other, holding a separate video conference with the party leaders, TPCC president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy asked the leaders to make the Former PM PV Narasimha Rao’s Centenary birthday celebrations on June 28 of this a grand success. He asked them garland the portraits of Rao and pay tributes to him. (Hydnow)
